High business results and entrepreneurial creativity, along with a notable social role and responsibility are just some of the criteria that the Media Invent jury was guided by when choosing the candidate for the “Kapetan Miša Anastasijević” award. Within the project “Road to the Top”, at a ceremony in the Cultural Center Gornji Milanovac, October 15, 2020, the prestigious award was given to Zoran Stankovic, General Manager of Elektromontaza Kraljevo.
The charter and gold coin with the image of Miša Anastasijević, the artwork of Ljubiša Mančić, an academic painter from Belgrade, at the suggestion of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Moravica and Raška districts, is another in a series of awards for the director of our company, this time for “creative contribution to building and strengthening prosperity in the region of Raska and Moravica administrative districts”.
The project was created in order to monitor, recognize and affirm the energy of individuals and organizations whose results improve the business climate of the region and the development of society as a whole. The prestigious award, inspired by the work of Miša Anastasijević, a famous merchant and great philanthropist from the 19th century, was established in 2000 in Serbia, and since 2016 in the territory of Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The project is credited to: Media Invent, the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina and the University of Novi Sad, with the logistical support of the Chamber of Commerce and the Union of Employers of Serbia and the media sponsor RTV Vojvodina.
At this year’s jubilee celebration of the work of Media Invent and the project “Road to the Top”, the hosts were: Professor Dr. Radovan Pejanović from Novi Sad, President of the Jury and Radovan Kovačević, President of the Municipality of Gornji Milanovac.
The award for the entrepreneurial and visionary spirit of Zoran Stanković, in addition to perseverance and dedication in continuously discovering new opportunities and raising business standards and improving the economy and society, is a step further on the spiral of success that has an undoubted tendency to grow and develop. The esteemed recognition to the General Manager of our company, whose work, in addition to business success, is characterized by high ethics and humanity, is a signpost for the future and a commitment to perseverance, and makes us all proud to be a support and part of a team that is proven to march on the “road to the top”.
